The Purpose of the Role

Support the LSS business as a Field Service Specialist to drive service operations and growth, ensuring superb customer satisfaction and safety standards. Responsible for delivering support services to customers in accordance with global standards and processes. Understand customer needs, resolve issues through technical expertise, and utilize Honeywell's support network to provide excellent service. Focus on customer growth and development by identifying service opportunities within the installed base.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental obligations, including trainings and safety observations.
  • Custodian Accounts: Manage assigned customer accounts' service operations and deliverables effectively.
  • Customer growth and development: Identify and develop business opportunities, actively engaging with sales to pursue leads and develop solutions.
  • System upgrades and modifications: Install, configure, implement, and commission Honeywell products, including industrial control and safety systems, and third-party DCS or SCADA systems.
  • Maintain customer equipment: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance promptly to meet standards.
  • System diagnosis and troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate system issues as needed.
  • Quality of delivery: Ensure timely delivery of services as per GSM process.
  • Internal processes and reporting: Adhere to global standards for tracking actions and submitting timesheets for invoicing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in electronics, industrial automation, or electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of electronic systems, especially Honeywell EPKS (Experion System) and Safety Manager System.
  • Understanding of On Process Migration (OPM) and network levels (PCN).
  • Familiarity with service lifecycle, service agreements, and project documentation.
  • Certification in Honeywell Experion, Safety System, or OPM systems is advantageous.
