A Service Engineer for laser hair removal devices and aesthetics installs, maintains, and repairs laser equipment used in aesthetic procedures. They are responsible for ensuring the equipment is functioning correctly and safely, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to technicians and clients. Their work involves both preventative maintenance and responding to emergency repairs.

Responsibilities
  • Installation and Setup: Unpacking, assembling, and setting up laser hair removal devices according to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance checks, cleaning, and calibration of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnosing and repairing technical issues with laser equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and software malfunctions.
  • Technical Support: Providing technical guidance and support to laser technicians and clients on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities.
