Job summary

Emerson is seeking a seasoned field service professional to deliver quality after-sales support for Pressure Management products across the Middle East & Africa. You will perform maintenance, calibration, and commissioning, while documenting activities and coordinating with service leads.

The role requires a strong background in valves or related equipment, willingness to travel extensively within MEA, and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong field service background with Valve/PMP equipment.
• Experience with Pressure Relief Valves or Regulators preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within MEA.
• Engineering qualification in instrumentation or mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service maintenance tasks as required by customers and service lead.
• Calibrate, test, troubleshoot and diagnose PMP equipment; assemble and test as needed.
• Perform system start-up and commissioning on various PMP products.
• Document repair, testing, assembly activities, timesheets and reports.
• Support repair centers and identify service or product opportunities for sales.

Job Summary:

To provide quality professional and profitable after-sales support to the Emerson customer base in Middle East & Africa for all Emerson Pressure Management products

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform routine service maintenance tasks in accordance with customer requirements and as advised by designated service lead.
• Calibration testing troubleshooting and diagnostics of Pressure Management Products. Strong Technical skills in assembly testing trouble shooting in pressure relief and regulator products
• Perform system start-up and commissioning services on various Pressure Management Products as required.
• Assembly of new equipment or repaired equipment when requested to do so.
• Be an authority of any changes as business evolves and assist with implementation as necessary for process improvements.
• Conduct Customer Service training and take ownership for customer co-ordination.
• Complete documentation of repair / testing / assembly activities - cause of failure actions taken parts used labor hours etc.
• Diligently complete timesheets site visit reports and all other documentation in a timely manner and in line with Emerson internal procedures.
• Support Repair centers when requested to do so.
• Proactively identify Service / Product opportunities and assist the sales pursuit
• Adhere to local and international Emerson trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices
• Adherence to all safety quality company rules and regulations.
• Participation and involvement in Safety Quality and Activities Committees where requested.
• Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the designated local service lead or by any member of the MEA service management team.

For this Role You Will Need:

• Qualified in Engineering field (Instrumentation / Mechanical Preferred) and or Relevant experience and knowledge
• 5-10 years of experience in reputed valve industry

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in Valves Field Service and working with industrial customers and EPCs
• Knowledge of analyzing evaluating diagnosing and resolving equipment and process related problems are strongly preferred.
• The successful candidate will have excellent communication interpersonal and customer relations skills.
