The job holder is responsible for conducting site visits and providing product service training to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction. The role involves investigating issues, resolving them, and conducting technical and safety training to protect the company's interests.
The job holder is also responsible for executing service marketing activities to foster customer loyalty towards the ‘BOSCH’ service.
Operating Environment:
The job holder will establish user contact and conduct onsite training as specified by the Line Manager. Challenges include:
