Job description

The Field Sales Specialist is responsible for expanding existing A&B accounts through equipment & service rental sales. Drive pipeline growth of opportunities in equipment and rental service orders. Prospecting new opportunities to grow future consumable run rate by partnering with the account managers for opportunities at their A&B accounts, identifying new potential A&B customers through leads and market insights, and proposing winning equipment and rental options. This position involves travel across GCC and Africa.

This role reports to the Sales Manager and is part of the Energy+ Direct Sales Department, located in the United Arab Emirates, and requires on-site presence to cover all GCC and Africa regions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  1. Provide expert technical support in manufacturing process technologies to develop solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams within Pall to develop and implement strategies that address customer needs and secure sales opportunities.
  3. Negotiate and close orders by understanding customer willingness to pay and sale terms.
  4. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  5. Drive business expansion by increasing market share in existing accounts and promoting Pall technologies and capabilities.
  6. Identify high-value customer capacity expansion opportunities and develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Essential requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in providing products/services to Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Industrial industries, or relevant process engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in mechanical/chemical engineering or chemistry, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to travel 50% within GCC and Africa.
Additional desirable qualities:
  • Experience in creating customer profiles and SWOT analyses.
  • Experience with sales funnel management tools like Salesforce.
  • Experience in filtration and separation industries.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license with a good driving record.
