Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Cars vertical in the UAE. You will meet buyers and sellers to generate revenue and act as the mediator between clients and the company to achieve targeted sales and margins.

You will build strong relationships, present car features, handle viewings, and collaborate with the finance and transfer teams to ensure successful vehicle transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as field representative or account manager in UAE, preferably Motors.
• Experience with CRM software, Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel for meetings.

Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be part of our Cars vertical, meeting buyers and sellers to generate revenue through car sales. You will act as a mediator between the company and clients to achieve targeted sales and margins.

In this role, you will:

• Build strong relationship with our clients (Sellers and buyers)
• Present the cars features and demonstration (test drive) during field viewings.
• Work closely with our finance, insurance and transfer team to ensure success of vehicle transfer.
• Identifying customer's needs before making recommendations.
• Assist with clients queries and questions via phone, email during the viewings.
• Understand the motors market and its various audiences.
• Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve the closing ratio.
• Promote various models as per the interest of the buyers.
• Understand the inspection report before starting your viewings and explain to the customers the vehicle condition, service, warranty and history professionally.
• Share the inspection report with our buyers.
• Update the viewings and add the comments on the system accurately and on time.

• At least 2 years experience as a field representative /account manager in UAE (Preferred within the Motors industry.
• Experience using CRM software/Apps (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Strong closing skills.
• Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively & efficiently.
• Well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients.
