Job description

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our growing team in Dubai. The candidate will play a vital role in developing local markets, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong business relationships across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits and cold calls to potential merchants in Dubai and surrounding areas.
  • Execute company sales strategies including merchandising, product display, and in-store promotion setup.
  • Collect competitor intelligence and market feedback to help optimize our commercial strategy.
  • Propose tailored cooperation plans for clients and resolve merchant issues by coordinating internal resources.
  • Maintain long-term business relationships and enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Skills

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.

At least 1 year of field sales experience in Dubai, preferably in FMCG, electronics, or B2B services.

Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to close deals and handle complaints independently.

Resilient under pressure; comfortable with frequent outdoor work and the Middle Eastern business environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools and office software; basic data analysis skills.

Knowledge of Dubai’s business ecosystems (e.g. free zones, wholesale markets) is a plus.

UAE driving license is preferred.
