Job summary

International Uniforms LLC in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to drive B2B sales in uniforms and workwear. The role involves acquiring new corporate clients across healthcare, hospitality, education and industrial sectors, plus managing full sales cycles from lead generation to order execution.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of fabric types and customization.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in uniforms, textiles, garments or workwear sales.
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of fabrics, cotton/polyester blends, GSM, finishes and customization processes.
• Experience handling bulk orders, tenders or institutional clients is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems; Odoo preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients in healthcare, hospitality, education, corporate and industrial sectors.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and product presentations.
• Understand client requirements, fabric design, quantity, branding, compliance and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals and contracts.
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Act as the primary contact for key accounts and coordinate with production/operations for orders.
