Job summary

Mostafawi Est is seeking an energetic Outdoor Sales Executive in Dubai to drive growth for carpets, curtains, blinds, and related products. You will visit clients, promote offerings, and aim to meet monthly targets while building lasting relationships.

Freshers are welcome, with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic showroom environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills help you succeed in a competitive market and earn attractive commissions.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Sales experience in carpets, curtains, furniture, interiors, or building materials is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and smartphone applications.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred (or mandatory, depending on company requirements).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential, commercial, and corporate clients to promote carpets, curtains, blinds, and related products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
• Negotiate prices and close sales.
• Coordinate with the showroom and installation team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer visits, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
