Job summary

Darsas contracting company is seeking an Outdoor Marketing Executive in Dubai to drive new business and promote construction and interior fit-out services across the UAE. You will visit clients, consultants, contractors, architects and developers, build relationships and deliver qualified leads to achieve monthly targets.

The role requires a marketing degree (MBA preferred) and at least two years of outdoor marketing or field sales experience in the UAE, with strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor marketing, business development, or field sales in the UAE.
• Experience in the construction or interior fit-out industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales and marketing activities.
• Visit potential clients, consultants, contractors, architects and developers to promote company services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with estimation and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events and project sites.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
