Job summary

Millennium Tr llc.sp in the UAE is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to drive new business among construction-related clients. You will visit sites, promote tiles, SPC flooring, wall panels, sintered stone and other building materials, and close deals.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of the UAE market, and the ability to meet monthly targets. Immediate joining is preferred and driving license is advantageous in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor sales, building materials or construction products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and customer network.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Immediate joining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites, contractors, interior designers, consultants, architects, and potential customers to generate new business.
• Promote and sell tiles, SPC flooring, wall panels, sintered stone and other building materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Generate leads through outdoor visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
