We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our hospitality team. This role involves actively engaging with potential clients, promoting our hospitality services, and driving sales growth through effective relationship building and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential clients in the hospitality industry to generate new business opportunities. - Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends. - Present and demonstrate our hospitality services to prospective clients. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management. - Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and customer expectations. - Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management. - Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand professional connections.
