The Role Outdoor Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting our products, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the UAE and Oman. The role offers a fixed salary plus an attractive incentive package, providing both stability and high earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell gypsum powder to B2B clients across UAE and Oman.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to close deals.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and product comparisons.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in coordination with the commercial team.
  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support business development.
  • Monitor industry trends and market developments to refine sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure timely deliveries and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and submit regular reports to management.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Diploma acceptable; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials and B2B sales in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu / Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across UAE and Oman.
