Description

We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Ideal Power Tools - Dubai, a leading provider of high-quality power tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in selling hand tools, power tools, and general engineering products in the UAE market. The role offers a basic salary plus a competitive commission structure based on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers.
  3. Demonstrate product expertise and provide recommendations.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations.
  5. Close sales deals and meet revenue targets.
  6. Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  1. Proven sales experience (preferably in power tools, hand tools, or related industry).
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  3. Self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets.
  4. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  5. Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
