Role Description

This role for a Field Sales Engineer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing technical support for Weidmuller products and solutions. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their requirements, presenting solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for all aspects of customer management including CRM, project tracking and other reporting parameters. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to achieve business targets and reporting on sales activities and market trends.

The ideal candidate should have a mid- level work experience of 2-4 years and a strong interest in automation and IOT landscape.

Qualifications

  • Electrical/ Electronics Engineering background
  • Extensive knowledge of panel builders and system integrators in UAE
  • Strong knowledge of hazardous area certifications and products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Arabic would be a plus point.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the industrial or automation sector is a plus
  • This job may require extensive travelling within MEA.
