Job summary

Sama SYNERGY is seeking high-energy Field Sales Agents to drive face-to-face sales of e& connectivity products in communities and retail kiosks across the UAE. This direct sales role offers uncapped earning potential and a clear pathway to team leadership.

Responsibilities include promoting e& e Life, Home Wireless, and Postpaid products in community locations and kiosks, conducting consultative conversations, and executing activations on tablets while maintaining accurate pipeline reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of direct / field sales experience in telecom D2D, credit cards, or home services.
• High energy, thick skin, and genuine target hunger — you thrive on closing deals.
• Comfortable working outdoors, on your feet, talking to people all day in communities and kiosks.
• Hindi / Urdu and functional English required; Malayalam, Tagalog, or Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote e& e Life, Home Wireless and Postpaid products face-to-face in assigned community locations and kiosks.
• Conduct consultative conversations with prospects; educate customers on product benefits and activation process.
• Execute activations on tablets; ensure every sale is clean, stays active, and generates no misrepresentation.
• Meet weekly and monthly activation targets; drive volume through own effort and direct customer engagement.
• Build daily rapport with field support and team leader; report on pipeline and blockers in real time.
• Support promotional events and community initiatives; represent e& brand with professionalism and energy.
