Job summary

Manav Corporate is seeking a Field Operator for Abu-dhabi location to join a major oil and gas group. The role covers operating drilling center equipment, following SOPs and HSE standards, and coordinating maintenance handovers.

The candidate should have a technical diploma or equivalent trade certificate, 4 years of plant operations experience in oil and gas, strong communication skills, and intermediate English proficiency. Face-to-face interviews are planned in Mumbai in November 2026.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma in Chemical/Process or vocational trade certificate.
• 4 years of Plant Operations experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with plant operation procedures in Oil & Gas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling center equipment safely per SOPs and HSE standards.
• Carry out routine checks and report equipment defects to supervisor.
• Adjust speeds, temperatures, pressures and flow rates for normal operation and start/stop.
• Prepare plant/equipment for maintenance and proper handover.
• Receive chemicals and manage stock and chemical batches per procedures.
