Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through on-the-ground marketing initiatives. This role involves planning and executing field marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales teams, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize outreach strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute field marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
• Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage relationships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize campaign impact.
• Gather market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in field marketing, event management, or sales enablement, preferably from the education industry.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Arabic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign effectiveness.
• Willingness to travel and participate in on-site marketing activities.
