Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sets strategic marketing direction and omni channel campaign strategy, execution and optimization.
  • Develops and recommends strategy for ROI-oriented marketing activities and programs including electronic communications, web presence, events, thought leadership, sales support materials, social media and other efforts that align with sales and business goals.
  • Create consistent communication with sales senior level leadership to promote awareness of programs, provide activity updates, and solicit feedback.
  • Participates in tradeshows to develop business relationships with customers and prospects to better understand their goals and challenges.
  • Designs and implements marketing lead generation programs, tools, and guidelines to be used by the sales team.
  • Ensures all activity is measured and reacts to success metrics. Performs actionable analysis, and makes demonstrable, data driven decisions to improve outcomes and ROI.
  • Understands the buying life cycle from Top, Middle and Bottom of the funnel and manages prospect programs at all stages for UKI demand-generation campaign execution.
  • Understands the principles of Account Based Marketing and builds out creative account-based marketing campaigns to engage with our top target accounts and drive sales opportunities.
  • Optimizes digital demand-generation strategy in partnership with the digital team.
  • Negotiates and manages key relationships with associations, media publications and directory vendors to maintain established connections to amplify in country activity.
  • Works closely with the local field marketing teams to leverage Epicor messaging.
  • Analyzes and provides recommendations based on reporting and measurement to determine the effectiveness of programs.
  • Negotiates contracts and arrangements with outside vendors supplying services or materials in support of marketing programs.
  • Leads projects and mentors other team members.
  • Uses knowledge from industry practices to recommend innovative marketing campaigns and ideas.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong writing/proofreading skills and positive, high-energy, team-focused attitude are a must.
  • Self-starter who knows when to pull the right people into a project, proven collaboration experience.
  • Effective relationship building and communication skills.
  • Works well in a highly matrixed organization of shared services marketing teams, field marketing teams and regional sales and product teams.
  • Adaptable and highly self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of branding concepts.
  • Demonstrated passion and proven ability to learn technology quickly.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software solutions.
  • Understand the principles of Account Based Marketing (ABM) and has experience with modern ABM marketing technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, and list building tools such as ZoomInfo).

Qualifications

  • 8+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • 3+ years of specialized/industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • MBA is a plus.
