Reporting to: Sr. Field Marketing Manager, EMEA
A fast-growing, global leader in professional training is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing efforts across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. In this role, you will build and execute strategic, full-funnel marketing campaigns to drive pipeline, elevate brand presence, and fuel growth in one of the company’s most exciting regions.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Partner & Regional Driver:
Own the regional marketing plan aligned with sales goals and business priorities
Launch and manage account-based and demand gen campaigns tailored to the META region
Collaborate cross-functionally to localize global campaigns and content for maximum regional impact
Execute digital and field marketing activities including events, webinars, and partner activations
Execution & Growth:
Deliver engaging experiences that generate leads and strengthen customer relationships
Partner closely with Sales to address pipeline gaps and accelerate deal velocity
Manage the regional marketing budget, campaign timelines, and reporting on performance and ROI
Conduct campaign analysis and share insights to continuously optimize efforts
What You Bring:
5-6 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in B2B field marketing
Proven experience in pipeline generation, event marketing, and campaign management
Strong understanding of the META region’s cultural and commercial landscape
Creative and data-savvy, with strong project management and communication skills
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo
Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
