Job summary

Finanshels.com in Dubai is seeking a Field Marketing Intern / Junior Executive to bring our events, communities, and engagement programs to life. You will work closely with our growing ecosystem of 2,000+ SME/startup clients, 200+ partners, and internal teams to plan in-person and virtual events, build online communities, and support loyalty initiatives.

You will collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and CX teams to deliver engaging experiences and measurable impact for the brand.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or community management.
• Organized, outgoing, and hands-on.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, basic event/marketing tools, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-person and virtual events — customer appreciation sessions, partner networking, and team-building activities (10-100 attendees).
• Launch and moderate online communities (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or private forums) to keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
• Align event strategy and execution with marketing, partnerships, and CX goals.
• Support the design and rollout of loyalty and rewards programs, including referral perks, member clubs, and partner incentives.
• Collect stakeholder feedback and continuously optimize engagement programs.
• Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities through community-led initiatives.
• Draft event invitations, social posts, follow-up communications, and recap content.
• Track and report on event engagement, turnout, and satisfaction metrics.
