Overview
We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive to drive brand presence and lead generation through impactful events and activations across the UAE startup ecosystem. The role involves planning and executing third-party and in-house events, roadshows, and activations while working closely with sales, growth, and leadership teams to convert participation into pipeline opportunities.

- Salary : AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month + Benefits (Work Visa, Insurance, Vacation Salary, Air Ticket)
Responsibilities
- Identify and manage participation in relevant events, expos, and conferences.
- Handle end-to-end event logistics—planning, budgeting, booth setup, and on-site execution.
- Build partnerships with event organizers, semi-government bodies, co-working spaces, and SME councils.
- Plan and execute in-house events such as roadshows, workshops, and roundtables.
- Coordinate vendors for branding, SWAG, AV, printing, and event staffing.
- Promote events in collaboration with digital / content teams.
- Track ROI and generate reports on leads and event success.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in field marketing, event management, or brand activations (preferably fintech, financial services, or B2B).
- Hands-on experience with B2B events in the UAE.
- Fluency in English & Arabic (mandatory).
- Strong vendor network and existing relationships with SME councils, co-working spaces, and event agencies.
- Knowledge of UAE startup ecosystem events (e.g., GITEX, Step Conference, SME World Summit).
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
