What's the Role?

We’re looking for customer-focused field engineers to kick start their careers in a high-performing team. In this role, you’ll work with our customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to drive the sales of engineering products.

What does the role involve?

You will educate key influencers in construction projects on the advantages and value of Hilti products, aiming to secure their specifications during the design phase. You will visit job sites to provide solutions, identify opportunities, give technical advice, support, and add value through Hilti products.

What you need is:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical engineering.
• Post-Graduate Degree (MBA, PMP) is a plus.
• Sales-oriented, with at least 2 years of experience in contracting or construction consultancy.
• Understanding of MEP support designs and structural (steel/concrete) connections.
• Effective communication skills, with strong proficiency in English — written and verbal.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Collaborative, manages time well, energetic (willing to work outdoors).
• A solution-oriented mindset, determined to meet and exceed goals.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License.
