Collaborate across divisions to deliver impactful results and support successful go-to-market strategies.
Build critical close links to Marketing, to define and implement formal VOC (Voice of Customer) analysis and provide market intelligence around Channel Partner Region specific market trends, requirements, and competitive landscape. Build the bridge between the marketing team and Field Application Specialists to provide the latest updates from marketing team insights to take customized actions at the local level.
Partner with the Product Technical Team to support regional tender requirements regarding product specifications and documentation timely to fulfill critical deadlines.
Consult with the Commercial Sales Team to incorporate additional customer feedback, align product offerings with market needs, and support sales initiatives by providing sales tools tailored for the Channel Partner Region.
Work closely with the Regional Field Application Specialists to ensure optimal product services are in place via proper product/technology training plans involving internal stakeholders and Channel Partner Teams. Arrange product webinars focusing on promoting our technology solutions for the targeted audience. Provide support with the technical content in local events in collaboration with FASs and the marketing team.
Develop and manage relationships with Channel Partners, driving collaboration and impactful results in promotional programs with the help of Regional FASs and the marketing team.
