Qualifications

• 3+ years of FRP/GRP mould making experience.
• Ability to operate hand tools, grinders and sanders safely.
• Strong attention to detail and physical stamina.
• Candidates in Ajman or Sharjah preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret 2D and 3D technical blueprints.
• Shape and build patterns using wood, foam, or clay.
• Apply gel coats, resins, and fiberglass reinforcements accurately.
• Ensure perfect dimensional accuracy before final production.
