- Coordinate and maintain the schedule for conference rooms, meetings, and client appointments.
- Support the administrative team with tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and mail handling.
- Respond to inquiries about the organization and provide information in a clear, courteous, and professional manner.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist other departments as needed, especially with Arabic and English translation when required.
