Job Responsibilities
  1. Create a warm and welcoming environment for all guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls in both Arabic and English, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
  3. Coordinate and maintain the schedule for conference rooms, meetings, and client appointments.
  4. Support the administrative team with tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and mail handling.
  5. Respond to inquiries about the organization and provide information in a clear, courteous, and professional manner.
  6. Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  7. Assist other departments as needed, especially with Arabic and English translation when required.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
