Executive Assistant to British Entrepreneur

Salary: 15 AED/month with performance increase after 3 months, plus additional allowances

Role Overview

Serve as the primary point of contact for business and personal matters, handling tasks discreetly. Manage the daily schedule, tasks, and calendar of a 31-year-old British entrepreneur. Provide seamless support to enhance the employer's life, covering day-to-day affairs. Travel frequently to locations such as Maldives and Europe, and attend dinners and high-profile events.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and manage the entrepreneur's daily schedule and tasks.
  2. Handle communications, act as a representative, and negotiate on behalf of the employer.
  3. Assist with professional and personal matters.
  4. Manage personal shopping, errands, catering, and entertainment for gatherings.
  5. Organize and attend high-profile events and recreational activities.
  6. Liaise with high-net-worth individuals and their assistants.
  7. Handle confidential documents with discretion.
  8. Gain exposure to business operations and contribute to professional growth.
