Job Summary:
The Female Laundry Valet is responsible for collecting, processing, and delivering guests' laundry items in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. The Laundry Valet plays a key role in providing top-quality laundry services, maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of guests' clothing, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect laundry items from guest rooms and public areas in a prompt and professional manner.
• Ensure proper sorting and handling of laundry items based on fabric type, color, and care requirements.
• Process laundry using the appropriate equipment, detergents, and methods to ensure quality results.
• Deliver cleaned laundry to guests' rooms or designated areas on time.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the laundry area and equipment.
• Ensure that guests’ laundry is handled with care, paying attention to any special instructions or delicate items.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or requests regarding laundry services.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
