Job Description

We are hiring Female HVAC - Technical Sales Engineers. Arab Nationals are preferred. The role involves driving sales of RGS's HVAC retrofit solutions, with a clear understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts. You will coordinate with project teams throughout the retrofit process, requiring technical knowledge and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote solutions to consultants, contractors, and MEP firms
  2. Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle
  3. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits
  4. Coordinate with internal engineering teams for proposals
  5. Manage client relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction
  6. Track market trends and report on pipeline and forecasts
  7. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Key Goals
  1. Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets with a bonus structure
