Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
• Manage reservations efficiently, accommodating special requests and ensuring a seamless check-in process for all guests.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and waitstaff to relay guest preferences and dietary restrictions accurately.
• Maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover while providing an enjoyable dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
• Create a welcoming ambiance by overseeing the dining area’s cleanliness and overall presentation.
• Assist in training new staff members, sharing best practices to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor wait times and provide accurate updates to guests, keeping them informed and engaged during peak hours.
• Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that attract new guests and enhance repeat business.
• Stay updated on menu changes and special offerings to provide guests with informed recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable for diverse guest interactions.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related field education is a plus.
• Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.

• Strong organizational skills to manage seating arrangements and reservation systems efficiently.
