Job Description: Senior Hairstylist

We are a chain of 8 salons across Dubai and Abu Dhabi with a warm and welcoming environment. Our team of remarkably talented stylists provide exceptional hair services.

Experience

• A minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience as a hairstylist.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Skills

• Carry out personalized consultations with clients, advising on hair care, cuts, colors, highlights, extensions, hair ups, foils, etc.
• Confident in all aspects of hairdressing.

Salary and Compensation

Senior Stylists are offered a tax-free net salary of approximately USD [amount] per month, depending on skill level. In addition, there is a commission structure:

• 15% on revenue generated above three times the salary.
• 25% on revenue generated above four times the salary.

For example, a salary of 10K USD would earn 15% on revenue exceeding 30K USD and 25% on revenue exceeding 40K USD. Retail commission is 10% on all retail sales.
