Design and deliver personalized training programs focused on low-intensity, low-resistance, and functional fitness.
Conduct group classes and one-on-one training sessions in disciplines such as:
- Rowing
- Low-Intensity Steady State (LISS) Training
- Yoga (Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Gentle Yoga)
- Pilates (Mat or Reformer)
- Spinning (Low-Intensity Rides)
- Bodyweight Functional Training (Rehab Focus)
Provide injury prevention guidance and mobility exercises tailored to individual needs.
Monitor client progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
Educate clients on holistic wellness, including posture, breathing techniques, and movement efficiency.
Maintain a professional, client-focused approach, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Certifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer, ACE/NASM Certified (Preferred), Other GX Certifications (Yoga, Barre, Rowing, Spinning, Boxing, etc.)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or a related field
- Experience: 2+ years in fitness instruction, with a strong background in low-impact training.
- Skills: Expertise in rehabilitation, endurance training, and mobility-focused workouts.
- Preferred Background: Experience training beginners, older adults, and rehab clients.
- Availability: Able to relocate and start immediately or within one month.
