A prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Female Finance Manager to lead and oversee all financial aspects of the property. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a solid background in United Arab Emirates hotel finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day hotel finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audits.
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations.
Oversee cash flow, working capital, and expense control.
Collaborate with other departments to support strategic and operational decisions.
Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5 7 years in hospitality finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a luxury or 5-star hotel.
Proficiency in hotel finance systems (e.g., Opera, SunSystems, or similar).
Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws (e.g., VAT).
Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Fluent in English; additional Russian Speaker is an advantage.
