Female Cleaners for Albania, Europe

AABS Specialist Recruitment is seeking motivated Female Cleaners to join employers in Albania, Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and other facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough cleaning duties in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, which include vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
2. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish essential toiletries.
3. Empty trash bins and ensure that all rooms are neat and orderly.
4. Handle laundry tasks such as sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
5. Maintain organization and cleanliness of laundry facilities and report equipment issues promptly.
6. Adhere to health and safety standards while handling cleaning chemicals and products.
7. Monitor and request inventory supplies for cleaning materials and linens as needed.
8. Collaborate effectively with other housekeeping staff and communicate any concerns to supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Must be below 51 years old.
2. Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred.
3. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and methods is essential.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
5. Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects, as required.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work harmoniously with team members.
