F&B Supervisor

Passionate about guest interaction, food, and beverage? As a Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:

1. Take care of resource planning, manage your team, and support your team's development.
2. Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the In-room Dining team.
3. Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
4. Regularly review house counts, forecasts, VIP lists, and communicate daily between all outlets.
5. Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
6. Focus on guest feedback and continually seek ways to improve guest satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree in hospitality management, food & beverage.
• Well-versed in Restaurant Service/In-room Dining Operations.
• A service-focused personality with a passion for food and beverage.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; ability to lead by example.
