Job description

Service Attendant is a support role that ensures the smooth operation of the restaurant by providing efficient and effective service, maintaining standards, and guaranteeing guest comfort at all times. A high level of product knowledge is essential to confidently recommend and upsell various products.

Your daily tasks include:

  • Welcoming, interacting, and communicating with guests and colleagues courteously, friendly, and clearly.
  • Preparing and serving guest orders accurately while promoting and upselling all products to maximize sales and meet outlet targets.
  • Liaising with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service, while ensuring guests meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption.
  • Clearing and cleaning tables promptly after guests finish their meals professionally.
  • Maintaining stock levels accurately, handling point-of-sale transactions, and keeping the outlet clean.
  • Following and adhering to company Health and Safety policies and training new team members.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, your background will be in the hotel/F&B industry, with at least 1 year of experience as a Service Attendant in a 3-star or higher hotel.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
