A Waiter/ess (Server) is responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience, with extensive knowledge of menu offerings.

What will I be doing

As a Waiter/ess (Server), you will serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an outstanding Guest and Member experience. You should have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing guest queries promptly and courteously
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing and liquor regulations for residents and non-residents
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of the menu and all products
• Ensuring misenplace is well-stocked at all floor stations
• Following proper reporting procedures for any issues encountered
• Ensuring Food and Beverage orders meet quality standards and are delivered promptly
• Practicing Hilton grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
