F&B Captain

Passionate about guest interaction and food and beverage. As a Captain, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:

• You will take care of resource planning, manage your team, and support your team's development.
• Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the Restaurant Service Operations team.
• Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
• Regularly review house counts, forecast, and VIP lists, and communicate daily between all outlets.
• Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
• Focus on guest feedback and always seek to improve guest satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Degree in hospitality management or food & beverage.
• Well-versed in Restaurant Service Operations.
• Service-focused personality and a passion for food and beverage.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example.
