Summary:Provide exceptional service to guests during banquets and events by ensuring efficient and professional food and beverage service. Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet areas and deliver a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Service: Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner. Serve food and beverages according to banquet/event specifications.
Setup & Cleanup: Set up banquet areas including tables chairs linens and tableware. Clean and reset tables and banquet spaces as needed.
Coordination: Work closely with banquet staff and kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively. Handle any issues or complaints with professionalism and tact.
Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Support: Assist with event setup and breakdown including moving furniture and equipment as required.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Opera
Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
At least 2 years experience working on a similar role.
Hospitality background is preferred.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
