Sharaf Retail is seeking a Marketing Executive for a 3-month temporary assignment in Dubai. You will support planning and execution of campaigns across multiple retail brands, coordinate social media content and in-store activations, and liaise with agencies to ensure timely delivery.

The role suits a creative, organized and proactive marketer with a keen interest in fashion and digital marketing, able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Fashion Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across retail brands.
• Coordinate social media content, creative assets and campaign calendars.
• Assist with in-store promotions, events, launches and brand activations.
• Coordinate marketing materials and assets across digital and offline channels.
• Liaise with internal teams, stores and external agencies to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor campaign activities and assist in tracking performance and engagement.
• Prepare basic marketing reports, presentations and campaign updates.
• Support day-to-day marketing requirements and ensure activities are delivered within timelines.
• Stay updated on fashion, retail, social media and digital marketing trends.
