Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retail marketing permissions from suppliers, retailers, and press requests including branding job request forms, press photography, and filming permissions.
• Facilitate government relations and permissions for retail marketing promotions, ensuring all relevant permissions are received and sent on time.
• Assist events and promotions team with on-the-ground support, including coordinating quotations and maintaining schedules for weekends and public holidays.
• Update English and Arabic DFP websites with new photos, press releases and retailer information; monitor websites and circulate reports.
• Conduct monthly social media monitoring on local and international Facebook and Twitter sites and generate monthly reports for the GM Marketing.
• Capture customer coupons for future email/SMS communication and maintain retailer databases for newsletters with monthly updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and the installation/dismantling of signage and in-mall branding.
• Suggest cost-saving measures and assist in negotiating supplier fees and managing purchase orders and invoices.
