Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design.
• 2+ years design experience.
• Strong drawing and illustration skills (computer sketching, hand sketching, flat sketching, computer artwork).
• Understanding of fabrics, sewing techniques, and garment construction.
• Creativity and strong aesthetic sense and trend awareness.
• Knowledge of design software like Procreate, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Research trends, fabrics, and inspirations for new collections.
• Sketch and develop original concepts.
• Create moodboard.
• Select color palettes, trims, and materials.
• Create tech packs and detailed specifications for sample making and production.
• Create artwork and beadwork for sampling and production.
• Work closely with production and sales teams.
• Stay updated with fashion trends and consumer behavior.
• Assist in creating and modifying basic patterns for RTW collections under guidance.
• Participate in fittings and assist with pattern adjustments based on technical and design feedback.
• Maintain organized records of patterns, beadwork materials, technical notes, and related documentation.
• Assist in preparing technical sheets and specifications for production.
