Job summary

MOONMAINS seeks an experienced fashion designer specializing in couture bridal gowns to lead studio production and ensure flawless execution from sketch to delivery.

The role requires advanced pattern making, draping, fittings, and work with luxury fabrics, including hand embroidery and corsetry construction. You will supervise junior staff and ensure deadlines are met while delivering couture-level quality.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in wedding gowns or haute couture brands.
• Experience leading atelier or factory production teams.
• Strong technical knowledge in cutting and garment construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage studio production and tailoring teams.
• Execute custom-made bridal gowns from sketch to final delivery.
• Perform advanced pattern making, draping, and garment cutting.
• Conduct client fittings and precise alterations.
• Work with luxury fabrics (lace, silk, chiffon, tulle, organza, crepe).
• Execute hand embroidery, beading, corsetry construction, and structured bodices.
• Ensure perfect finishing, seams, and garment structure.
• Collaborate closely with design and production teams.
• Supervise junior tailors and seamstresses.
• Maintain strict deadlines while delivering couture-level quality.
