Job summary

OVO Luxury Signature招聘资深时装设计师，专注于晚礼服与豪华服装。通过与客户沟通，了解穿着风格与合身需求，提出合适的设计与定制选项，并在从咨询到下单的销售环节提供全程支持。

职位要求至少两年奢华时装设计经验，具备面料、装饰、裁剪等专业知识，能自信地与高端客户沟通并把控设计方案。候选人需具备中英双语能力，工作中将与制版、制作及质控团队紧密协作。

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion design, preferably within a luxury fashion or haute couture environment.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, embellishments, garment construction, and fashion trends.
• Ability to create and present fashion concepts and design ideas.
• Strong sales and client consultation skills.
• Confident in communicating with luxury clients and understanding their style and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop luxury evening gown and fashion concepts.
• Meet clients and understand their design style and fitting requirements.
• Present suitable designs and recommend customization options.
• Support the sales process from client consultation to confirmed order.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate approved designs with the Pattern Maker and Production team.

• Help achieve monthly sales and design targets.
