Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or analytical discipline.
• Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and developing people managers in a data-driven environment.
• Experience in consulting, business development, as a business leader with P&L responsibilities, or in product management in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for your category, establishing goals, mechanisms, and team structures aligning with long-term objectives while balancing short-term priorities.
• Lead, develop, and grow a team of managers with coaching and career development opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop inventory optimization strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate effectively with vendors to secure favorable terms, maintain compliance, and evaluate performance against goals.
• Establish scalable mechanisms for process improvement and operational excellence using data to communicate strategic recommendations to leadership.
