Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai seeks a Buying Trainee to learn how fashion, product and commercial decisions shape our collections. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full buying cycle, assisting with stock tracking, assortment planning, and market insights that guide future buys.

Ideal candidates balance creativity with data and commercial thinking, have an interest in fashion, and are willing to learn the business of buying within a luxury retail environment. UAE National preferred.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Background in Economics, Finance, Business Management or Analytics.
• Genuine interest in fashion and retail operations.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with structured data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Buying Excel trackers with accurate product data.
• Support seasonal assortment planning and presentations.
• Learn product selection and how past decisions influence future buys.
• Identify repeat-buy opportunities and analyze market insights.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure timely stock deliveries.
