Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales & Performance : Achieve area sales targets, analyze performance reports, and implement sales strategies.
  • Store Management : Monitor daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain brand image.
  • Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and their teams.
  • Customer Experience : Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction across all stores.
  • Visual Merchandising : Oversee consistency in VM standards and promotional execution.
  • Inventory Control : Monitor stock levels, manage shrinkage, and support inventory planning.
  • Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales, staff performance, and market trends to senior management.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years’ experience in Fashion retail management.
  • Proven leadership and multi-store management skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to travel between store locations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
