Job summary

UD ASSET MANAGEMENT seeks a Farm Manager to oversee daily operations, production planning, and staff. You will supervise workers, monitor crop/livestock health, and manage irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in farm management or agricultural operations.
• Strong knowledge of crop production and/or livestock management.
• Understanding of irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and farm operations.
• Experience supervising farm workers and managing daily activities.
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Understanding of health, safety, environmental, and agricultural standards.
• Experience with budgets, inventory, suppliers, and cost control.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and communication abilities.
