Job Role : Family Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Family Support Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between Qaryat Sanad Rehabilitation L.L.C and our valuable clients. The role ensures smooth communication, supports families throughout their journey, addresses concerns, and coordinates with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to families in a variety of areas.
  • To promote Sanad Village’s services and develop effective local networks.
  • Schedule meetings or telephone conferences between parents and internal departments.
  • To ensure a high standard of case recording, case report writing, as well as attendance at

case review and other appropriate meetings.

  • Coordinate the transportation schedule between the parents, drivers, and the clinical team.
  • Coordinate the transportation schedule for medical appointments for the residential students.
  • Informing parents about the coming events, holidays and activities at Sanad Village
  • To ensure that the service is well administered and professionally delivered, monitored and

reviewed.

  • Maintain the absent and attendance sheet for the students. Call parents to follow up about the absence reason and then make sure to inform the clinical team and the driver (in case the student is using Sanad transportation).
  • Sending the attendance and absence sheet to the finance department to make the invoices.
  • Collect payment from the client using cash or credit card and send the receipt to the accounts.
  • To ensure that at all times staff implement Clients’ rights & responsibilities and Reporting Incidents to parents’ policies, procedures, and practices, and to ensure that all policies and procedures are fully adhered to.
  • To ensure implementation of Clients’ rights & responsibilities and Reporting Incidents to parents’ policies in every aspect of your work and positively promote the principles of these policies amongst staff, clients, and other members of the Sanad Village.
  • To ensure absolute confidentiality with respect to information records concerning families and children, by complying with the Privacy & Confidentiality of Client Care Policy.
  • Actively participate in the center’s Client safety and Quality improvement programs and other in-service training programs.
  • Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
  • To develop new and innovative ways of working ensuring best practice.
  • Maintains organized records of activities related to Family Engagement, including but not limited to, family files.
  • Screen feedback and requests from clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.
  • Escalate complaints to the Client Relationship Manager.
  • Performs other duties, as requested.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in social work, education, or a related area.

Experience:

·Prior administrative or client services experience.

·Experience working with culturally diverse clients.

·Knowledge and/or previous experience working in support of students with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), and special needs.

Language Skills:

·Proficient in English (speak, read, write)

·Proficient in Arabic (speak, read, write)

Skills:

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·Being people-focused.

·A professional and friendly demeanor.

·Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
