Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks a dedicated Household/Family Driver to provide safe, discreet driving for the family and guests. You will maintain the vehicle, ensure confidentiality, and support daily family schedules with professionalism.

Responsibilities include school runs, airport transfers, errands, and safe transport across Dubai and the Gulf region. A valid licence, 3–5 years of VIP driving experience, and bilingual English/Arabic communication are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a family, private, VIP driver.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and major routes.
• Clean driving record with good knowledge of traffic regulations.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Drive family members, children, guests, and household staff safely to and from designated destinations.
• Handle school runs, shopping trips, appointments, business meetings, social engagements, airport transfers, and other family requirements.
• Maintain punctuality and plan routes in advance to avoid delays.
• Monitor traffic conditions and select the safest and most efficient routes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family's movements, activities, visitors, and personal information.
• Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, fuelled, and in excellent operating condition.
• Conduct daily checks of tyres, oil, coolant, brakes, lights, air conditioning, and other essential items.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, registration, insurance, inspection, and repairs as required.
• Maintain accurate records of fuel, servicing, maintenance, and other vehicle-related expenses.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, shopping, personal belongings, and other items when required.
• Remain available and flexible according to the family's schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional emergency requirements.
• Ensure children and passengers follow appropriate safety procedures, including the use of seat belts and child seats where applicable.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, discreet, and courteous attitude at all times.
• Follow traffic laws and all family instructions regarding vehicle use and security.
• Immediately report any accident, traffic violation, vehicle issue, or unusual incident to the appropriate family representative.
